Dave provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the foundation, ensuring it fulfills its mission and operates effectively. The role includes overseeing board activities, guiding long-term planning, coordinating major initiatives, representing the organization in external partnerships, and supporting fundraising and community engagement. The President also works closely with other officers to maintain strong governance, financial health, and program sustainability.

Treasurer & Tech Lead

​Martin manages the financial strategy, budgeting, and technology investment planning for the McLean Rowing Foundation, ensuring the program’s long-term stability and technology modernization. His responsibilities include evaluating emerging athletic, safety, and operational technologies that can enhance training efficiency and streamline team logistics.
